A Thursday Full of Dramatic Play
Our Morning began with a wedding party being held and dance routines performed in pairs on the rug! The flower shop has provided wonderful bouquets for the guests to carry and the children are enjoying this ongoing scenario of play.
Outdoor Fun (before the rain!)
Cardinal and Catbird Open Choice Time - To finish our morning, the Cardinals enjoyed visiting the classroom of our next door neighbors and exploring their favorite centers. We learned how to play new musical instruments, create measuring chains and prepare a meal. We discovered a new favorite story about dragons and sand castles!
The morning ended with the last dance at the wedding and then it was off to lunch.
Tomorrow, we look forward to having music with Jason and visiting the Fourth Grade Fair with special games planned just for us!
